Michael McManus has a new play going on a UK tour!
This hilariously acerbic new comedy-drama Party Games by Michael McManus, puts political leadership on the ledge and goes inside the chaos of government to see whether advisers do advise and if ministers can decide.
The tour opened on 2nd May in Guildford, then moved to the Theatre Royal Windsor. Future venues are New Theatre Cardiff, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Worthing Connaught Theatre, Theatre Royal Bath, finishing at Malvern Festival Theatre from 25 to 29 June.

‘TAKE IT FROM HERE’ ~ The Dick Bentley Story
Anthony Wills explores the rise and fall of Dick Bentley, Australian-born comedian and actor of radio, stage and screen, who starred with Jimmy Edwards in Denis Norden and Frank Muir’s series, ‘Take It From Here’ (1948-60) notably in the role of ‘Ron Glum.’ The talk features archive extracts and comments from those who worked with him, including Frank Muir, Denis Norden, June Whitfield and Barry Humphries.
Anthony Wills worked in summer shows on the South Coast and as a dresser in the West End before becoming a Senior Producer at BBC Radio 2. He is now a Trustee of The Voice Of The Listener & Viewer.
